This surveyors photograph is taken looking down between the rafters of a 1960's dormer bungalow towards the flat roof. There is no insulaiton in the flat roof which is a typical ommision that our surveyors see in properties of this age. The ceilings of the dormer may be cold and prone to condensation. The sides of the dormer are often also not insulated.
